These are far superior to original OE distributors.
They operate without misfires up to a minimum
of 7500 RPM. They also produce 67% more energy in
the coil and is 45% faster at getting the spark to the
plugs, which results in more accurate timing throughout
the RPM range. Capable of delivering twice the spark

Introducing the Street Fire value-line brand of MSD
Ignition. MSD knows the importance of a centrifugal
advance in a distributor so their engineers made
sure that the Street Fire receive an advance assembly
with coated weights and welded weight pins (not just pressed
in like other models). Inside, the ignition module and coil work
together to produce a stout spark to light the fuel mixture for great
performance. The high voltage is transferred through a new rotor
to the brass terminals of the distributor cap and out to the plugs.
